This doctor blade was developed in our Innovation Lab and outperforms conventional steel doctor blades in almost all categories. It is characterized by a longer service life and higher precision. The Crystal blade is an engineering plastic known for its good mechanical strength, rigidity and toughness.
Our new QUARTZ squeegee is made from a special extrusion composition of high molecular weight polyamide for very difficult printing jobs. It has good abrasion resistance, making it resistant to heavy use and providing better stripping and cleaning ability throughout the life of the blade.
This special squeegee blade comes from our high-tech laboratory. It is made of a very special high-performance polymer known for its high temperature resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical strength. It is suitable for temperatures above 200 C. It was developed for the label industry for very long runs where the parameters must remain the same throughout the print job.
Our original UHMW squeegee offers a dense molecular structure ideal for applications combining long runs, rough engraving and abrasive coatings. It is exceptionally abrasion resistant, has very good impact strength and chemical resistance with a very low coefficient of friction. It has been successfully used in the corrugated cardboard market for decades.
